  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Wash the cauliflower head and chop it into small florets. Peel and dice the potatoes into 1-inch cubes.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and sauté for 30 seconds until aromatic.

Add the chopped potatoes and stir-fry for 5 minutes until they start to soften slightly.
