Ingredients

  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1 large ripe mango
  • 1 tablespoon (grated) fresh ginger

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 stalks (sliced) green onion
  • 1 teaspoon (optional, for garnish) sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Peel and cut the carrots into thin matchstick-sized strips, approximately 2 inches long.

Peel the mango and cut it into small cubes.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and honey. Set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
