Ingredients

  • 200 grams egg noodles
  • 300 grams green cabbage
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 3 pieces garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 stalks green onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon red chili flakes

Directions

Step 1

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

Step 2

Thinly slice the cabbage, julienne the carrot and red bell pepper, and mince the garlic cloves. Chop the green onions into small pieces, separating the white and green parts.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.

Step 4

Heat a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.

Step 5

Add the minced garlic and the white parts of the green onion to the wok. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
