  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce

  • 0.5 teaspoons Red chili flakes (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 stalks Green onions (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage if they are wilted or damaged. Cut the cabbage in half, remove the core, and slice it thinly into shreds.

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves. If using green onions for garnish, chop them finely and set them aside.

Step 3

Heat a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil and sesame oil.
