  • 300 grams Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 400 grams Broccoli florets

  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 120 milliliters Beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 stalks Scallions, chopped (optional garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the beef by slicing it thinly against the grain. Set it aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, beef broth, cornstarch, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the cornstarch is fully dissolved to create the stir-fry sauce. Set aside.

Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanche the broccoli florets for 1-2 minutes. Drain immediately and rinse with ice-cold water to preserve their vibrant color. Set aside.
