  • 1 tablespoon Ginger (minced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt (optional)
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 Green onions (chopped, for garnish)
  • 4 servings Cooked rice (for serving, optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.

In another small bowl, combine the cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Set aside.

Season the sliced beef with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
