Ingredients

  • 500 grams Beef sirloin (thinly sliced)
  • 6 cloves Garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil (for stir-frying)
  • 1 piece Red chili (optional, sliced for garnish)
  • 2 stalks Green onions (sliced for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sliced beef with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
