  • 2 pieces scallions (green onions)

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the bean sprouts thoroughly under cold water and drain well.

Step 2

Slice the red and green bell peppers into thin strips.

Mince the garlic cloves finely.

Chop the scallions into small slices, separating the white and green parts.
