Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 units Scallions, sliced

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds, toasted

Directions

Step 1

Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.

Step 3

Add sliced mushrooms to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until they start to brown and soften.

Step 4
