  • 200 grams rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 units green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 10-15 minutes until they soften. Drain and set aside.

Heat a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.

Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
