  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 julienned carrot
  • 200 grams broccoli florets
  • 3 sliced green onions
  • 3 tablespoons water

Directions

Step 1

Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.

Add the pork strips to the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
