Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • 12 ounces beef sirloin, thinly sliced

  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 scallions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Add the sliced beef to the bowl, mix well, and let it marinate while you prepare the other ingredients.
