Ingredients

  • 500 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 pcs garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 pcs green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 pcs red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 pcs carrot, julienned
  • 150 g broccoli florets
  • 2 pcs green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix the chicken strips with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 teaspoons of cornstarch. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Add the chicken to the wok in a single layer, cooking for 3-4 minutes or until no longer pink, then remove from the wok and set aside.

In the same wok, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil.
