  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef thinly against the grain into bite-sized pieces.

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, water, and sugar, and mix well to create the sauce. Set aside.
