  • 1 tsp Black pepper

  • 1 cup Guinness stout
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 0.25 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha (optional, for spice)
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 stalks Green onions (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

In a large bowl, pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season them with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.

Sprinkle the all-purpose flour over the wings and toss again to ensure an even coating.
