Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken wings
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 scallions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Lightly grease the rack with cooking spray.

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them on the wire rack. Season with a pinch of salt if desired.

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
