Directions

Step 1

Preheat an outdoor grill, grill pan, or griddle to medium heat.

Cut the top, bottom, and outer skin off the pineapple. Remove any remaining eyes. Slice the pineapple into rings about 1/2-inch thick, and core the center if desired.
