  • 12 slices Thick-cut bacon

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. This allows the bacon to cook evenly and the fat to drip off.

Lay the slices of bacon in a single layer across the wire rack. Make sure the slices do not overlap.
