  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup water (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Dice the onion and mince the garlic cloves, then add them to the pot and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened and fragrant.
