Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups cooked black beans
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.25 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cups coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons stevia powder
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 cups dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 0.25 cups chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Rinse and drain the black beans thoroughly and add them to a food processor or blender.

Blend the black beans until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs, unsweetened cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, stevia powder, pure vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt to the processor.
