Ingredients

  • 2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1.5 cups Powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal. Lightly grease the parchment paper for added non-stick protection.

Step 2

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and 3/4 cup of the sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted. This should take about 1.5–2 minutes. Stir in the vanilla extract once melted.

Step 3

In another medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, butter, and remaining 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted. Once melted, stir in the powdered sugar until it forms a smooth, slightly thicker peanut butter mixture.

Step 4

Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly across the bottom.

Step 5

Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate layer. Using a butter knife, swirl the peanut butter mixture through the chocolate to create a marbled design. Be careful not to overmix as you want distinct swirls.

Step 6

Chill the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set and firm.

Step 7

Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Place it on a cutting board and cut it into 16 equal squares or your desired serving size.

Step 8

Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
