  • 4 cups All-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2.25 teaspoons Instant yeast
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Stir until evenly distributed.

In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter over low heat until the butter is just melted. Remove from heat and let it cool until warm (about 100-110°F).

Step 3

In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, honey, and water together. Slowly stir the milk and melted butter into the egg mixture.
