  • 0.5 teaspoons Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 liter Water

Directions

Step 1

Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a large pot. Add the teaspoon of salt and stelline pasta.

Step 2

Cook the pasta according to package instructions, typically around 6-8 minutes, until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
