Directions

Step 1

Wash all the vegetables thoroughly under running water to remove dirt or debris.

Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized florets, and set them aside.

Step 3

Peel the carrots, then slice them into thin rounds about 1/4 inch thick.

Trim the ends off the green beans and cut them in half, if desired.
