  • 250 grams Ground pork or chicken
  • 100 grams Shrimp, finely chopped
  • 2 stalks Green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 30 sheets Wonton wrappers
  • 0 as needed for sealing Water

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the ground pork or chicken, chopped shrimp, green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, cornstarch, and black pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Step 2

Take one wonton wrapper and place it on a clean surface. Add about 1 teaspoon of the filling mixture into the center of the wrapper.
