  • 30 pieces Dumpling wrappers
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 5 pieces Mushrooms
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms. Thinly slice the green onions. Mince the ginger and garlic.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, green onions, minced ginger, and garlic.

Step 3

Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to the vegetable mixture. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly combined.

Step 4

Lay a dumpling wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the vegetable filling into the center of the wrapper.

Moisten the edges of the wrapper with a little water, then fold the wrapper in half to create a semi-circle, pressing the edges to seal. Ensure there are no air bubbles.
