Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breasts into thin, bite-sized strips and place them in a mixing bowl.

In the bowl with the sliced chicken, add grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken, then cover and let marinate for 10 minutes.
