  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon cornflour
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon white pepper
  • 30 pieces dim sim wrappers
  • 2 cups water, for steaming

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the pork mince, chopped shrimp, shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and green onions.

Step 2

Add the minced ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornflour, salt, and white pepper to the mixture. Stir well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Place a dim sim wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the filling onto the center of the wrapper.
