Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and the instant yeast. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes until the mixture becomes frothy.

In a large bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, the remaining sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
