  • 0.5 Red onion
  • 1 Avocado
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to make a marinade.

Rub the marinade evenly over the flank steak and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
