Ingredients

  • 400 grams Beef tenderloin or sirloin steak
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Yuzu juice (or substitute with lemon/lime juice)
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 stalks Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 pieces Radish, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

1. Take the beef out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking to let it come to room temperature.

2. Season the beef evenly with salt and black pepper on all sides.

3. Heat a skillet or grill pan over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
