Ingredients

  • 1 pound Flank steak
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 large Carrot
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 1 small Zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Place the flank steak on a cutting board and slice it into thin, rectangular strips, about 2 inches wide. Sprinkle both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, then set aside.

Step 2

Peel and julienne the carrot, bell pepper, and zucchini into thin, long strips about the same length as the steak strips.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic to create the glaze. Set aside.

Lay out a steak strip, place a few veggie strips on one end, and roll tightly. Secure with a toothpick. Repeat until all steak strips are filled and rolled.
