  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 8 large Flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 2 medium-sized Peaches
  • 1 small Jalapeño
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Rub flank steak with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
