  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 Bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 8 Tortillas (flour or corn)
  • 1 serving Optional toppings: salsa, guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.

Place the steak or chicken in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour in the marinade. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour (optional but recommended for enhanced flavor).
