  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce

  • 0.5 cup (crumbled) Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 clove (minced) Garlic

Directions

Step 1

Take the ribeye steak out of the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking.

Rub the steak with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time for your preferred doneness.
