Ingredients

  • 12 oz Ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil (for cooking steak)
  • 6 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • 2 Hard-boiled eggs, halved
  • 1 cup Crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 slices Cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 cup Olive oil (for vinaigrette)
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

Directions

Step 1

Remove the steak from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking to allow it to come to room temperature.

Season the steak on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, cook the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for desired doneness.
