Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ribeye steak
  • 8 ounces Penne pasta
  • 4 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

Season the ribeye steak generously with half the salt and black pepper on both sides.
