Ingredients

  • 1 ball (about 12 ounces) Pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 8 ounces Ribeye steak
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground black pepper
  • 1 medium Yellow onion
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 cup Fresh arugula
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper, then sear for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from the skillet, let it rest for 5 minutes, and slice thinly against the grain.

Step 3

In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Slice the onion thinly and add it to the skillet, stirring occasionally until caramelized and golden brown, about 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat.

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to a 12-inch diameter. Brush the top with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
