  • 1.5 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 teaspoons Crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add a generous pinch of salt, and cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken breasts with 0.5 teaspoons of paprika, 0.25 teaspoons of cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
