  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 3.5 cups Powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons Edible glitter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans or line them with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Beat on medium speed until combined and smooth.
