  • 0.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 0.5 cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix the flour and powdered sugar. Cut in the cold butter with a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom. Prick the crust all over with a fork to prevent bubbling.
