  • 70 grams black olives, pitted and halved
  • 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 0 to taste black pepper
  • 0 optional crusty bread, for serving

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat.
