  • 2 large Egg yolks

  • 360 grams All-purpose flour
  • 60 grams Potato starch

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract to the bowl, and mix until they are fully incorporated.
