Ingredients

  • 4 cups (thinly sliced) Green cabbage
  • 2 cups (thinly sliced) Red cabbage

  • 4 medium (thinly sliced into matchsticks) Radishes
  • 1 cup (thinly sliced lengthwise) Snap peas
  • 3 stalks (thinly sliced) Green onions
  • 2 tablespoons (chopped) Fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons (chopped) Fresh dill
  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons (freshly ground) Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Prepare all the vegetables. Thinly slice the green and red cabbage, shred the carrots, cut the radishes into matchsticks, and slice the snap peas lengthwise. Thinly slice the green onions and chop the parsley and dill. Combine all veggies in a large mixing bowl.
