Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 2 heads Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Asparagus spears
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Anchovy paste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Rub the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

Step 3

Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove from the grill, let rest for 5 minutes, and then slice thinly.
