Ingredients

  • 1 piece Frozen banana
  • 1 cup Frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 handful Spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Spirulina powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Maple syrup (optional)
  • 4 pieces Ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

Peel and slice the frozen banana if not already prepared.

Step 2

Add the frozen banana, frozen mango chunks, almond milk, spinach leaves, spirulina powder, and chia seeds to a blender.

Step 3

If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add the maple syrup.

Step 4

Add the ice cubes to the blender.

Step 5

Blend all the ingredients on high speed for 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Step 6

Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more maple syrup or almond milk if desired.

Step 7

Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.
