  • 2 tbsp butter (unsalted)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

Step 2

Place the spiral-cut ham in a large roasting pan, flat-side down.

Step 3

In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sriracha sauce, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, orange juice, and butter.

Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves and the glaze is smooth. Remove from heat and set aside.
