  • 2 tablespoons Water

Step 1

Wash the spinach thoroughly under cold running water to remove any dirt or grit. Set it aside to drain.

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.

In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the sesame seeds for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden and fragrant. Set the toasted sesame seeds aside in a small bowl.
