Ingredients

  • 500 grams Fresh spinach
  • 40 grams Pine nuts
  • 50 grams Raisins
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 units Garlic cloves
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 100 milliliters Water

Directions

Step 1

Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly under cold water, drain it, and set it aside.

Step 2

Place the raisins in a small bowl and cover them with warm water to rehydrate. Let them soak for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.

Step 3

Heat a large skillet or sauté pan over medium heat. Add the pine nuts and toast them dry, stirring frequently to prevent burning, until they are golden brown. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
