Ingredients

  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 3 cups spring greens mix
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 0.25 red onion
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese (optional)
  • 0.25 cup sliced almonds
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 0.5 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the baby spinach and spring greens mix thoroughly. Place them in a large salad bowl.
